This recipe was given to me at a Weight Watchers meeting. They say that a fourth of this is worth 2 WW points.
Very easy to make! Tastes just like pumpkin pie, but the texture of pudding. I added some crumbled graham crackers and vanilla wafers to the top to add a "crust." I also added almost a tsp of pumpkin pie spice to add some more flavor.
It was awesome- I made this when I had my sister and husband over. He doesn't like pumpkin- but tried it and loved it. Very good! I'v already made this recipe again. Thanks- it's very helpful for weight watchers!! I participate in that and love the 2pt snack! -You got anymore ww recipes?
