  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl mix canned pumpkin, eggs, Bisquick, and evaporated milk. Beat on low until slightly mixed then on high until well blended. Do not over mix.
  • Pour mix into greased pie pans.
  • Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
