  • Put entire bag of frozen chicken breasts (with or without bones) into a large pot. Pour in chicken broth. Heat on high heat until just before liquid boils. Turn down heat and simmer on very low heat until chicken is cooked, approx. 1 hour.
  • When liquid is cool, remove chicken, strain broth and refrigerate. Remove fat, bones & skin from cooled chicken breasts since it's much easier after it's cooked than before it was cooked.
  • Chop chicken into strips or chunks, place in a single layer on a cookie sheet and flash freeze for 30-60 minutes. Put into resealable bag and stir into rice, noodles, cooked vegetables with teriyaki sauce or any of your favorite chicken meals.
  • Use broth for chicken soup and make it lower in fat by removing solidified fat after it has been in the refrigerator overnight.
