All measurements, except meat, are approximate. I usually estimate and sometimes end up with extra sauce and pasta, which is great for leftovers.
I prefer ground round because there is less grease, and don't rinse the pasta because it gets watery after baking.
Mushrooms or olives can also be added when making the sauce. Every time I make this its a huge hit, and its also great as leftovers.
