Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband loves stuffed peppers ... My husband loves stuffed peppers ... me, not so much, so I thought this recipe would be a good compromise. It is! I used just one large green pepper and baked the whole thing in the skillet I used to brown the ground beef. It turned out just fine and I look forward to the leftovers. I'm sure it will taste wonderful again tonight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I quadrupled this receipe and froze them. I quadrupled this receipe and froze them. We went out of town to a wedding and my in-laws stayed at our house with our daughter. I told them to get one out of the freezer for dinner one night...when we came back 2 were gone. They loved it. Can't wait to try it myself. I made it with spicy pork sausage and garlic and herb sauce.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My family loved this recipe- even hubbs who hates peppers. My family loved this recipe- even hubbs who hates peppers. The only changes I made were I only used one green pepper, used brown rice, half an onion and I added a little water to get the spaghetti sauce all out of the bottle. I also cooked the onion and pepper longer. This will go into rotation at our home for sure!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! Amazing! Although green peppers are not my favorite veggie in the world, I still like cooking with them often. Thought I would give this a whirl and it turned out great! Healthy, affordable, and delicious! Tasted good with some green onions sprinkled on top too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This casserole was very easy to make and quite tasty! This casserole was very easy to make and quite tasty! My grandmother makes the best stuffed bell peppers and I've never been able to duplicate hers. This was much easier than her recipe and the taste was comparable. I will definitely make it again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I used an orange bellpepper instead of green, since that is my preference. I used an orange bellpepper instead of green, since that is my preference. I also seasoned with salt, pepper, 21 Seasoning Salute (from Trader Joes) and Italian seasoning. It was excellent! I also used instant rice to speed up the process.
