  • Place butter/ margarine in a saucepan and allow it to melt. Add flour, and mix together using a spatula.
  • Add milk and water. Stir until blended, then while the soup gets hot, stir occasionally (this lets the soup thicken, but don't let it sit for too long without stirring or it will bunch together on the top).
  • Add bouillon, mix it well, and then allow it to dissolve. When the bouillon is dissolved and soup is hot, pour directly into a big, comfy mug. Enjoy!

Special Equipment Needed


This recipie is quick and easy, but make sure you pay attention to what you're doing. The butter can burn easily if you leave it unattended while melting, as will the butter/flour mixture. You can also add a little Half and Half to make the soup creamier.
