  • Start with can of pink salmon. Mix all ingredients well. Use canola or EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) to coat the pan until hot.
  • Scoop out mixture and round it out into the pan. Let it cook 4 minutes on each side under medium heat until golden brown. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

You can add your own mixtures to the mix, or substitute fish fry for flour.
