  • Cook spaghetti or spaguettitni as directed on package or al dente.
  • Meanwhile, heat olive oil or butter in large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Add tomatoes cut in small pieces, or can ones, then black or green olives and stir-fry 8-10 minutes or until desired consistency of tomatoes
  • Drain spaghetti or spaguettinis, add to large deep skillet, toss with tomatoes stir-fry mixture real well. Add both cheeses and toss well again. Serve and ENJOY!
