  • Open can of biscuits and place in a shallow pan, being careful not to overcrowd. Push 4-6 raisins all the way down through each biscuit. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Bake according to pkg. directions until golden brown.
  • While biscuits are baking, make glaze by mixing the confectioners' sugar and milk together. If you want a light glaze, make the mixture thin. If you want a thicker icing type glaze, make it thicker.
  • Glaze spreads better if you let the biscuits cool for about 5 minutes before spreading on.

This is a simple recipe that my grandaughter and I came up with on a cold snowy day years ago when we got the urge to cook something. Children can make this with little assistance.
