Ras Malai is a very popular Indian traditional Dessert. It is usually prepared as a delicacy to celebrate an occasion or during festivals. This is usually prepared by curdling milk and making homemade cheese (paneer) for rasgulla and boiling milk+cream+sugar till it reduces to half for the Ras.
