  • Combine sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Stir in water. Cook on medium heat until thick and clear.
  • Remove from heat and stir in gelatin until dissolved. Cool and then add the raspberries. Beat cream cheese and Cool Whip on medium speed. Fold in cake cubes.
  • Layer cake mixture and then fruit filling, alternately ending with fruit filling. Chill overnight.

Notes

You may use cubed pound cake in place of angel food cake.
