  • MIX or BLEND 2 pkg. pudding with 3 cups milk. In a separate bowl, FOLD raspberry JELL-O into COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping until well blended. CRUSH Reduced Fat OREO Cookies.
  • LAYER pudding, crushed OREO Cookies, raspberry whipped topping, and raspberries, alternating 3 layers each.
  • REFRIGERATE 3 hours or overnight to set. To serve, spread with a little whipped topping and garnish with additional raspberries & OREOs, if desired.

Notes

Can also be made with fresh strawberries (substitute strawberry JELL-O for raspberry).
