  • Heat grill to high heat. Trim chicken of any excess fat. Place on grill and turn to low. Coat with raspberry sauce. Do not turn chicken for 10 minutes.
  • Turn chicken and coat with sauce. Leave for 10 minutes. Coat again and turn to coat other side.
  • Turn off grill. Leave for 5 minutes, and then serve.

Special Equipment Needed


Great over salads. I prefer the chicken with steamed frozen vegetables also heated on grill with the chicken. I spray metal pie pan with EVOO. Put in frozen vegetables and cover with foil. They steam next to the chicken on the grill. My 16 year old loves this. But you can make with different kinds of jams as long as you complement with the right vinaigrette. Orange marmalade is good with ginger and sesame dressing.
