  • Cook pie crust according to directions, let cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine milk and lemon juice stir together. When mixed gently fold in the blueberries. Pour into cooled baked pie crust.
  • Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnite. When ready to serve top entire pie with the tub of Cool Whip and sprinkle a few berries on top for decoration.
