  • Cut top off of peppers clean inside and wash and drain.
  • Break up bread for your stuffing. Add melted butter. Cut up tomatoes in small chunks. Cut up and dice onion. Add to your stuffing.
  • Mix all together and stuff in your peppers. Put in your refrigerator and chill about 1 1/2 hours (you do not cook these). You eat these raw.

Notes

Use your amount of seasoning to your taste. I prefer the Italian bread.
