  • Using a food processor, add garlic through tube and mince. Add garbanzo beans, tahini and lemon juice; process until mixture is smooth. Add roasted peppers. Red peppers should be finely chopped. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer hummus to bowl. Cover and chill. I usually bring the hummus to room temperature before serving. Enjoy.
