  • Take frozen or thawed chicken and boil it for about 10 minutes. While boiling, mix the three seasonings and flour in a bowl.
  • Take the vegetable oil and heat it on high until hot. Take the chicken directly out of the boiling water and let drain. Dip into the cup of melted butter and then dip it and roll it to cover it with flour-seasoning mix.
  • Preheat oven to 350* for 20 minutes. Then place chicken into the hot oil and let cook until golden brown. Place chicken on a cookie sheet covered with foil and top with Buffalo sauce and hot pepper sauce to your own preference.
  • Place in oven for 10 minutes and wa-la Buffalo chicken!!!! Quick and easy.... Visitors with think your a genius!!!!
