  • Rinse and drain chickpeas. Process chickpeas, red peppers, garlic and feta in food processor to resemble a chunky paste.
  • Slowly pour in olive oil until mixture becomes a smooth puree. Add cayenne, salt and black pepper to taste. Pulse one or two times to mix.
  • Chill for at least one hour. Serve with toasted pita triangles or flatbread.
