  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place rhubarb in a large bowl and pour sugar over. Add the flour and nutmeg, and mix it together. Blend eggs into rhubarb mixture.
  • Put into pie crust. Cover with slitted top crust and flute. Sprinkle a little sugar.
  • Bake 1 hour for fresh rhubarb, 1 1/2 hours for frozen.
