  • Lean pork ribs: pepper to taste and add garlic. Sear in skillet with teriyaki sauce till browned. (Approx 7 minutes on each side).
  • Add a little water to cover bottom of pan and cook on low till meat is tender. (Approx 40 minutes.) Sweeten with a Tablespoon of molasses if desired.
  • Slice meat thin and cover one slice of whole wheat bread. Top with Kraft Velveeta cheese, and cover with second slice of bread to make sandwich.
  • Cut in half diagonally. Garnish with green onion. Serve with lettuce and bell pepper salad with choice of dressing.

Notes

Serve teriyaki ribs first as main dish. Use leftovers for brunch or quick lunch.
