I want to warn you that this recipe sounds really disgusting, but is one of my favorites. My grandmother has always made them and now I do.
I made this for a wedding reception last month and got rave reviews! I had NONE to take home.
Try a little piece before making a whole batch if you are leery. You can also substitute tuna salad instead of egg salad. Also, adjust how much of a certain ingredient you put on each slice according to what you want to taste more of. Let me know what you think!
