This is such a fantastic easy lasagna I've perfected. My family begs me to make it all the time. I even had to make it for my sister's baby shower for 100 people and received so many raves!
I like to use a large aluminum roasting pan so while it cooks I don't have to worry about it bubbling over and it's easy to clean up since you can just throw the pan away afterwards.
I've learned through trial and error that the noodles taste better when placed in UNCOOKED - they hold their shape and don't fall apart when serving.
With a 13x9 glass pan, I would recommend placing a baking sheet underneath just in case.
Also you can cut this recipe in half if needed for a smaller crowd.
