  • Cut chicken into chunks and start to brown in butter in large pot. Before chicken is completely done, add pepper stir-fry and mushrooms.
  • Meanwhile, in seperate bowl, mix all soups with chicken broth and set aside.
  • When chicken is completely cooked, add all spices. Cook an additional 5 minutes. Add soup mixture and stir well. Cook for about 30 minutes on medium-low.
  • While chicken is cooking, prepare rice according to package directions.

Special Equipment Needed


Serve on a bed of hot Minute Rice along with garlic bread. The good thing about this recipe is that there are plenty of left-overs and you can substitute the spices to your liking and it still tastes great. You can also use reduced fat soups and chicken broth and it doesn't affect the taste.
