  • First cut the onions and green chilies into small pieces and keep them aside. Then in a bowl, mix the flour, yogurt, Zeera, cut chilies and onions, salt, cilantro, curry leaves and make it like a soft round ball. Then, make lemon size balls out of it. Then take each ball and flatten them in your palm/plastic sheet like in the shape of cookies. Make sure that cake is medium thin.
  • Then warm enough oil and deep fry each cake until it is brown on both sides. Serve hot with Cilantro Chutney.
  • Cilantro Chutney:
  • Mix all the ingredients in the grinder except lemon. Then take the content in the bowl and add lemon juice.
