  • 1. Cook the 2 cups of rice as the directions show on the box.
  • 2. While the rice is cooking cut up the carrots.
  • 3. When the rice is cooked and carrots are cut, put the 2 cups of rice in a large bowl.
  • 4. Pour the chopped carrots, black beans, corn, and sunflower seeds into the bowl with the rice and mix all ingredients together well.
  • 5. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes to let the rice get cold.

Notes

You can add anything else to the salad that you think you might like!
