  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Melt butter in a 9x13 baking dish in the oven as it preheats. In the meantime wash and dice your potatoes.
  • Once the butter is melted, remove dish from oven and carefully add potatoes to the butter in the dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper, toss to coat. Put back in the oven and roast potatoes approx. 40 min until they are golden and soft. You will want to stir them approx. every 10 min.
  • Once tender, remove from the oven and sprinkle the cheese over the top, followed by the bacon. Then take your dressing and drizzle diagonally across the top. Put back in the oven until cheese is melted and dressing is warmed slightly. Serve and enjoy!

Special Equipment Needed


Suggestions: Blue Cheese with a dash of hot sauce mixed with dressing in place of the Ranch OR sour cream in place of the ranch.
