  • Preheat deep fryer to 375F. Clip ends and rinse green beans in cold water, drain thoroughly.
  • In a food processor, combine crackers, 1/3 cup flour, garlic powder, salt, and red pepper. Grind to a fine crumb texture and place in a storage bag. Place 1/3 cup flour in the other storage bag. In a medium bowl combine beaten egg and water. Put green beans in storage bag with flour, toss until coated, remove and dredge in egg wash, then place in the storage bag with the cracker crumbs, toss until coated.
  • Fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Drain. Place Fried Green Beans on serving dish. Sprinkle with cheese and serve with Kraft Ranch Dressing for dipping.
