  • Blend almond meal and oat flour, Splenda, and salt. Cut in butter until the mix looks crumbly. Add a tablespoon or so of cold water to make it stick together.
  • Butter an 8" by 9" baking dish, divide dough in half and press 1/2 into the bottom of dish. Pour in the berries (some folks like to add a tablespoon of lemon juice to the berries). Roll or pat out hunks of the remaining dough and arrange on top of the berries.
  • Bake at 325°F until golden brown (usually takes 30-35 minutes). Serve with low carb vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!!!!

Special Equipment Needed


You can use any kind of berries that you want. I have tried it with a mixture of raspberries and strawberries and I just tried it with blueberries. This is an awesome recipe for anyone wanting to try something that tastes like it has sugar. The lemon juice really doesn't make that much of a difference, sometimes I add it and sometimes I don't.
