  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pound steaks until very thin. Cut off any excess fat around edges. Prepare stuffing using directions on package.
  • When stuffing is ready, spread 1 cup of stuffing on each steak, then top stuffing with 1 cup cheddar cheese. Roll steak in jelly roll fashion. Secure with toothpicks.
  • Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Allow steak to sit 5 minutes before cutting. Cut steak as thin or as thick as you want.
