  • Mix refrigerated leftover rice with Philadelphia Cooking Cream.
  • Press rice mixture into tight balls. Gently roll in Tempura Batter.
  • Place in deep fryer for 4 minutes or until light brown, or pan fry turning often. Let stand 1 minute before serving.

Notes

We mixed a tablespoon of parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes into some of our rice mixture.
