  • Cut chicken breast in 8 slices and brown both sides for about 3 minutes each side in margarine.
  • Remove chicken and saute onions and carrots in margarine. Add chicken, salt, pepper, vanilla, rosemary and Chardonnay.
  • Cover, and let simmer for about 15 minutes in low heat. Add green beans, and cover for another five minutes. Serve.

Notes

You can substitute fresh rosemary for dried. Spinach for green beans. If you use frozen vegetables immerse them for about 1 minute in boiling water, drain and let simmer.
