  • Combine all ingredients and beat for 10 minutes.
  • Pour into well-greased tube pan.
  • Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until done. Keep cake warm.
  • Rum Sauce
  • Combine sugar and rum - boil for 3 minutes, add flavoring and pour over cake while still warm. I also use 2 tablespoons of orange juice and orange peel or zest.
