  • Spray outside of muffin pan with non-stick spray. Mold each biscuit around the outside of the muffin cup. Bake as directed until done. Let cool. Remove and place on platter.
  • In small-medium saucepans (depending on how many fillings are used), combine all other ingredients over medium heat.
  • Spoon generous amount of mixture into each cup. Top with 1 ice cream scoop and fill sides with Cool Whip Spray. You can garnish them with mint, crushed pecans, or slivered almonds. Enjoy!
