  • Beat the eggs lightly and add to the salmon. Add lemon juice, parsley flakes and garlic. Break bread slice into small pieces and stir lightly.
  • Heat pan with olive oil. Drop salmon mixture into pan making into a patty. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
  • Serve with a baked potatoes and spinach or choice of side dished.
