  • Prepare two packages of Kraft Mac and Cheese as directed. Set aside.
  • Saute salmon filets, red onion, red and green peppers in olive oil in a frying pan until salmon is cooked through and vegetables are firm yet cooked. Season pan contents with lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add salmon and vegetables to pot of mac and cheese (breaking salmon into pieces). Stir gently, serve warm.
