  • Drain the salmon & debone.
  • Pour olive oil into a sauce pot. Add spices to taste. Heat to medium. Add salmon, break the fish apart as it cooks.
  • Once cooked to satisfaction, add spaghetti sauce, stir together over medium heat. Cover and let simmer for about twenty minutes, stirring occasionally.


I started this recipe due to my blood pressure. The salmon was a good substitute for beef or pork. Feel free to add your favorite ingredients. Ricotta cheese is good also. For extra taste, add a stick of butter and basil to your noodles along with some grated cheese if you wish.
