  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Brown sausage and drain well.
  • 3. Mix sausage with the shredded cheeses and 2 of the eggs.
  • 4. Keep 4 triangles of crescent roll dough attached, pinching edges together.
  • 5. Roll out each section of crescent roll dough into 4 rectangles.
  • 6. Sprinkle each rectangle of dough with 1/4 of amount of the following: grated parmesan, garlic salt & parsley
  • 7. Divide sausage mixture into fourths and spread onto each of the four dough rectangles to within 1 inch of the edge of the dough.
  • 8. Jelly roll the sausage mixture into the dough and pinch ends of the rolls shut.
  • 9. Mix 1 egg with 1 Tbsp. water.
  • 10. Brush egg mixture over each loaf.
  • 11. Bake loaves at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until dough is a golden brown.


May freeze loaves for later use. Is great as an appetizer, but also with scrambled eggs at breakfast!
