  • Crumble & slightly brown sausage, drain grease.
  • Beat eggs in separate bowl & add milk, salt, and mustard. Add cubed bread & stir. Add cheese & sausage.
  • Pour into 8x12 glass dish. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Cover with foil while baking; uncover last 10 min. of baking. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

This recipe can be made the night before and refrigerated or frozen and let thaw 10 minutes before baking.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Personally, I liked it. Personally, I liked it. However, my husband and daughter weren't fans of it. I grilled the chicken instead of searing it with the vegetables and I didn't have sausage. My husband said he doesn't think he likes Cajun seasoning. He also felt the cream was a little heavy. He's currently fixing hotdogs for himself and my daughter.

In fact, my husband likes the turkey sausage so much, the second time I made this I omitted the chicken and used double the sausage. Quick, easy and delicious!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really good! Really good! Just the right amount of spice and plenty of flavor. I happened to only have sun-dried tomato chicken sausage (double chicken oops), so I used that instead. Still was delicious. Can't wait to make this again :D!
