Ratings & Reviews

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Personally, I liked it. Personally, I liked it. However, my husband and daughter weren't fans of it. I grilled the chicken instead of searing it with the vegetables and I didn't have sausage. My husband said he doesn't think he likes Cajun seasoning. He also felt the cream was a little heavy. He's currently fixing hotdogs for himself and my daughter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have made this twice now and both times were successes. I have made this twice now and both times were successes. I use turkey sausage which is phenomenal. In fact, my husband likes the turkey sausage so much, the second time I made this I omitted the chicken and used double the sausage. Quick, easy and delicious!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really good! Really good! Just the right amount of spice and plenty of flavor. I happened to only have sun-dried tomato chicken sausage (double chicken oops), so I used that instead. Still was delicious. Can't wait to make this again :D!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My family loved this! My family loved this! I doubled the sausage because that is their favorite but I left the chicken in, too. They ate every bite. I may have to double the recipe next time!
