  • Take a big pot like to boil the crab legs, add the oil, to make the sauce add all of the ingredients into the pot except the crab legs.
  • Once everything is mixed in and disolved to where is water down then take the legs wash them and take off the hair on the legs add them into the pot, stirring them around so they get the sauce all over and they are cover in some sauce. Do so for 15 minutes so the crabs will get the taste of the herbs the sauce will be on the outside of the legs is ok, is suppose to be like that.
  • Once that is done let it simmer as I said before for 15 min and ready to serve, do not add salt as crab legs are already salty. You could add wine or beer to your taste and pepper for nice flavor.

Special Equipment Needed

You may accompany with white rice. I personally made it with asparagus and tostones (fried plantains green) I am Spanish so I liked it that way. Or you may also add mash potatoes or with broccoli. The crab legs have lots of sauce on the outside so you would need something else to go with it as a side dish. I think it can also be used as an appetizer for a gathering that is ready for dirty fingers lol!!! I am sure once they try it they would like it.
