  • Preparing the shrimp: Start by peeling the skin off and deveining the shrimp, (this alone will take up some time pending on the serving). After your done peeling and deveining clean the shrimp by using one slice of the lemon. Make sure to get all the lemon juice out of the slice and clean all the shrimp through.
  • Cooking the shrimp: Add a tablespoon of butter to a warm heated skillet or pan. Then add crushed garlic, cilantro, 1 slice of lemon juice and white wine vinegar (WARNING: white wine vinegar may be strong).
  • Then add shrimp to skillet and cook evenly on both sides let each side cook for about 2-3 minutes. Stir the shrimp in with the rest of the ingredients then add salt and pepper on top just before serving. And ENJOY!!

Special Equipment Needed

It's better to buy already cleaned and deveined shrimp; it will save you time but may cost a little extra. If making a serving of 8, be sure to add 1 clove of garlic instead of half.
