  • Rinse each frozen piece of chicken off with cold water and place chicken in a colander as you rinse each piece off.
  • Take oven turkey bag and empty flour into bag. Shake the flour in bag until the dust of the flour is all over the inside of bag. Place turkey bag on large ungressed cookie sheet. (Hint: Cover entire cookie sheet with heavy duty foil for easy cleaning.)
  • Empty all dry seasonings into food storage bag. Hold bag tight and shake all dry ingredients up. Shake extra water off chicken and season each piece of chicken in the bag separately. Make sure each piece of chicken is completely covered with dry ingredients.
  • Turn oven to 375 degrees. Place each piece of chicken on cookie sheet where the outer side of chicken is faced-up.
  • After preparing all off the chicken for baking, slice onion and punch out onion as if you where making onion rings. Rinse onion rings in freshly washed colander. Shake all water off onions. Now place all sliced onion in bag with left over dry ingredients and add hot sauce. Shake bag really well.
  • Place covered onion over chicken parts in turkey bag. Spread onions as evenly as possible over chicken. Take the zest of orange and shake with hand over onions. Spread zest over onions as evenly as possible.
  • Make a few small slits in bag so air can escape. Tie turkey bag with oven tie and place chicken in oven. Bake for 1 hour or until dark-golden brown.
