  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Mix cream corn, cracker crumbs, milk and egg in baking dish until well blended. Dot with butter (or margarine). Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake 30 to 45 minutes until done. Should have a golden brown color but not dry.

Special Equipment Needed


This is my grandmother's recipe. I use unsalted butter and the Ritz crackers. I also keep the egg. I use very little salt for seasoning due to the fact that the crackers already have salt on them. Alternates- skim or 2% milk, low fat margarine, unsalted butter, or saltine crackers
