  • Slice, red potatoes, onions, & kielbasa into quarter size slices.
  • Layer in large deep baking dish. In-between layers of each add 3 butter pats, salt, pepper, & sprinkle about 1/8 cup of flour per layer. When finished layering, add milk to top of baking dish.
  • Bake 350°F for about 1-1/2 hrs or until potatoes soft.

Notes

Any kind of kielbasa can be used. I use turkey or chicken kielbasa to cut back on the calories & fat…excellent flavor on anyone of them.
