  • Boil eggs until hard. Peel and set aside. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix bread crumbs, paprika and seasoning in small bowl, set aside. In another small bowl, whip the egg.
  • Separate the sausage into 6 equal parts and make a ball of each. Flatten the balls into a patties and form around the egg. Roll covered egg in the whipped egg and then into the bread crumb mixture. Place covered eggs on a wire rack, above a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, turning once half way through.

Special Equipment Needed


Cut into fourths and serve with spicy mustard, hot sauce, or any other dip/mix you desire, such as ranch or other favorite dressing, etc. Served in the British Isles and at Epcot in the British pub.
