  • CHICKEN -
  • Split chicken into nugget sized chunks. In bowl, combine buttermilk, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, Worcestershire, soy sauce, paprika, pepper, and garlic. Add chicken to mixture, toss to coat. Cover chicken in mixture, and marinate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Drain chicken well. In a LARGE shallow bowl, add bread crumbs and sesame seeds, mix well. Coat chicken several times, in crumb mixture. Arrange in a single layer, on a greased baking sheet. Drizzle melted butter over breaded chicken.
  • Bake for 35 minutes, or until golden brown, and cooked through, turning several times.
  • In non-aluminum saucepan, combine plums, mustard, 1 tsp. lemon juice, and horseradish. Melt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Take off of heat.
  • PASTA- Cook pasta according to package directions. When pasta is half cooked, add green beans and bell peppers, (in water with the pasta) to be heated. Strain when noodles are completely cooked.
  • In sauce pan, warm sesame oil on medium heat. Add pasta, beans, and bell pepper to sesame oil, and toss until completely coated in oil. Serve chicken, plum sauce, and pasta together.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for our bunco night and it was a hit. I made this for our bunco night and it was a hit. I used Rhodes brand frozen pizza dough. I never new such a thing existed and had to go to a couple of stores before I found it. I changed out the dip and used a BLT because not everyone likes spinach. It was a big hit. Next time I would use three string cheese as two didn't make quite enough strips.
