  • In large pot of boiling water, cook pasta as directed, drain, reserve 1/3 cup water.
  • In large bowl, whisk together peanut butter, salad dressing, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper flakes, and reserved pasta water until smooth.
  • Add pasta and scallions. Toss until well coated. Serve sprinkled with peanuts.

Notes

This dish can be a main meal or a side meal. Add shrimp or pork and you have a main meal. Delicious either way.
