  • In large mixing bowl add all ingredients except the fifth egg and lumpia wrapper. Mix well.
  • In a small bowl scramble the last egg and prep a brush. Place 2 Tbsp. of mixture into lumpia wrapper, wrap as instructed on box, and seal it with the scramled egg, it does not take alot of the egg to do so. Fry until brown.

Special Equipment Needed


If you have to peel the lumpia wrappers put mixture in fridge and keep peeled wrappers under a damp paper towel to keep from drying up. I prefer to use Sinex Individually Separated Lumpia Wrappers. Do not put too much meat mixture in because it will not cook all of it when fried.
