Leftovers of this meal are even better. You can also prepare it in the morning, refrigerate it, and then warm it up at dinner time for about 30 minutes (sprinkle cheese the last 15 minutes).
Very easy - a few minutes to set up, then cooking time, then a few minutes to put together.
Hints- Fresh vegetables are the most delicious but frozen works too. My kids are very picky but everyone eats this meal! I also NEVER substitute with fat-free soups or cheese - better to have just a little of the real thing than to use these subs.
