  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Wrap each pork chop with 2-3 bacon slices. Season with salt and pepper. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Lay pork chops on baking sheet.
  • Cook for 15-20 min. Bacon should be crisp.
  • Serve with glaze: Dice the apple. In small skillet, sprayed with cooking spray, put pan over med heat, saute diced apple, add cider, reduce by 1/2. Add butter, pour over cooked chops.


These remind me of fall with the apple bacon and apple glaze. I serve this with mashed sweet potatoes. The potatoes are perfect for this dish.
