  • Heat oil in large pot. Separate dough into biscuits, leave biscuits whole. In bowl, whisk milk and Jell-O instant pudding mix. Let stand for 10 min. Transfer 1/2 cup pudding to small plastic food bag, snip 1/8" off one corner, reserve.
  • Cook donuts in oil for about 2-3 min each side, remove with slotted spoon onto racks to cool. Cut 1-1/2"-deep slit into side of each donut. Transfer reaming pudding to another plastic food bag, snip 1/4" off one corner, insert corner of bag into slit in donut, squeeze in a dab of pudding, repeat with remaining donuts.
  • In microwave-safe bowl, microwave vanilla frosting, stirring, for 15 seconds on high until melted. Dip tops of donuts into frosting to coat. Place on rack over wax paper. Pipe reserved pudding over tops. Let stand to set for 20 min.
